He has over 25 years of work experience in Hospitality having worked at various management positions in Global Luxury Brands. He has worked with Inter-Continental Hotels for almost a decade. He has had a successful career track in Hospitality Luxury as well as premium segment in Food & Beverages, General Management, Cost Control, Material Management, Projects, Pre-Opening & leveraging customer centricity in organizations.
Neeraj is a keen educator and has been teaching Msc in Hospitality Administration at Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, New Delhi for over 15 years. IHM Pusa New Delhi has been rated many times as the No-1 Hotel Management Institute in India. He also teaches MBA in Culinary at Indian Culinary Institute, Noida. Neeraj is an alumni of IHM Pusa, New Delhi, Ecornell and American Hotel & Motel Association.
As a corporate trainer he has trained and consulted various Hotels & Restaurant brands, projects and numerous MNC’s in service sector across Asia.
He has also served as Master Trainer of Food Safety for The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and Food & Beverages expert assessor for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna under CII.
